Parking at Squaw Valley

We recommend arriving early! Any time before 9am is a good way to get a close convenient parking spot.

  • Free Parking: Spacious parking lot located directly in front of the Village
  • Valet Parking: Quick drop off and convenient access to the lifts and the Village during the winter season. Located at the main entrance to Squaw Valley, directly in front of the Tram building. Daily Rate: $25

Free Ski Shuttle

Free skier shuttle between: Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood.

Squaw/Alpine Express

Lift tickets are interchangeable at Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows! Take advantage of our free shuttle service to and from both resorts. Squaw/Alpine Express runs continuously between the base area of Squaw Valley & Alpine Meadows.

Shuttles running from 8:30am-4:45pm daily running every 20-30 minutes. More frequent on weekends/holidays. Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to final departure.

SnoVentures Shuttle

SnoVentures Shuttle runs continuously between The Village at Squaw Valley and SnoVentures Activity Zone. Runs daily from 9am-4pm

Grab a bite to eat in the Village or at one of our mid mountain lodges. Eat lunch berfore 12pm or after 2pm to get a great seat on the outdoor decks.

Funi's Located on the upper level of the Gold Coast Complex. Serving up delicious panini's and hearty soups.
Terrace Restaurant & Bar Located at High Camp. Serving loaded sandwiches, salads and our signature pheasant soup
Ski in/Ski out Starbucks For coffee on the go, ski up to the Gold Coast Complex for your favorite Starbucks coffee drink or hot cocoa for kids
Rocker@Squaw Located in the Village. Enjoy cold beers, kickin' cocktails, and belly satisfying food at this popular restaurant in the Village.

Pack a Snack

  1. Water bottle: when you're active at higher elevations it's important to stay hydrated.
  2. Fill your pack with a snack that won’t weigh you down. popchips are never fried/baked- they're popped! The perfect healthy snack to take on the go that the whole family will enjoy! You can also find this tasty treat on the mountain.
  3. Trail mix or energy bar

Snow Tubing

Snow tubing is a fun mountain adventure for the whole family. We have three tubing lanes accessed by a new covered magic carpet surface lift and tubes for kids and adults.

Mini-Snowmobiles

Kids ages 6 to 12 can strap on a helmet and ride a snowmobile that is just their size around the SnoVentures mini snowmobile course.

Perched at the crest of Squaw Valley's upper mountain, the Olympic Ice Pavilion offers unmatched panoramic views of the Squaw Valley Meadow, beautiful Lake Tahoe and the surrounding Sierra Nevada.

Plaza Bar The Plaza Bar, located on the second floor of Olympic House, is a great place to put up your feet up and hang out with friends after a day on the slopes. Menu items include signature flatbread pizzas, artisan meat and cheese platters and delectable finger foods.
Le Chamois This classic Squaw Valley locale, has been a standing tradition for many of the local skiers and snowboarders to grab a drink and unwind after a full day on the slopes.
Uncorked Wine Bar Enjoy apres at the Village's wine bar, Uncorked. Signature California wines and specialty cheese platters make this the perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes.
