Effective for arrivals through 12/20/13: An advance deposit of one night's stay plus tax is required at the time of booking. All reservations must be cancelled 5 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled within 5 days of arrival will forfeit their 1 night deposit. Any cancellations within 48 hours of arrival are subject to a full forfeit of the amount paid. Upgrades and one free allowable change per reservation are permitted. Other changes will be assessed a $25 charge per change and are subject to availability. Changing dates is not an allowable change. .
