It’s officially September. September 4, if we want to get technical. Can I be the first to ask where summer went? I mean, seriously.
It’s a hard thing to swallow, summers end. But September means a lot of things. Kids go back to school. Routines form and settle. Summer tans, along with the memories, begin to fade. So during this month of getting back into the swing of things, I’ve decided to commit to yoga. You know, like actually go to yoga. Regularly.
I stumbled upon this idea when I saw the new Wanderlust Yoga Studio was offering a September challenge. And so I thought, I challenge myself. To a yoga, journey seeking, match. I’ll use this to get in shape for winter and in touch with my mind.
